-Dwight Howard got fined by the NBA which can make its own rules about behavior much like school but the government cannot fine someone for expressing their opinion on their blog, that is Freedom of Press.
-Profanity is not protected under Freedom of Speech in public. That is considered disturbing the peace.
-People's opinions in the newspaper are protected by the Freedom of Press.
