Indict- Indict is accusing someone of a crime they didn't do.

Testify- To state a fact that is true under oath.

Capital Punishment- Penalty of death by the state

Do you believe that people accused of crimes deserve all of these rights or just some of them? Why or why not?

I believe in all of these rights except the Capital Punishment. But then again I don't think we even have that right anymore. People should not be killed for doing a crime. They should be put in jail, and who knows maybe they will change while they are in prison, and come out a better man or women.
